If you are experiencing problems with emails you are sending bouncing back, please follow the steps below:
- Go to https://www.mail-tester.com
- Send a new email with the same content of your original email that bounced, to the email address shown on the screen. The email you send must be a new email and not a forwarded email.
- Once you have sent the email to the address shown on the screen, go back to the web page and click on the "THEN CHECK YOUR SCORE" button
- Email us the URL/link of the generated report
Also provide us with the following information:
- What is the email or email addresses that are bouncing back?
- Look at your email settings and tell us what your incoming and outgoing email servers are
