Website Support During the Christmas and New Year Period
Please note the following changes to our usual website support cover over the festive period:
From 17:00 on Friday 19th December 2025 to 09:00 on Monday 5th January 2026, our booked development, pre-booked support services, and Pay As You Go support will be unavailable. Any support or development work that normally requires advance booking cannot be scheduled during this time.
From 17:00 on Friday 19th December 2025 to 09:00 on Monday 29th December 2025, general and non-critical website support will not be available. However, we will remain on call for urgent issues throughout this period, based on your support contract.
From 17:00 on Tuesday 30th December 2025 to 09:00 on Monday 5th January 2026, general and non-critical website support will again be unavailable, with on-call cover provided for urgent issues, based on your support contract.
Throughout the Christmas and New Year period, our server engineers will continue to provide 24/7 server monitoring and support.
We will also continue to install updates and monitor firewalls for all Managed Hosting and contracted customers during this time.
