If you have tried, unsuccessfully, to access the administrator area of your website more than 3 times, the firewall will have blocked you. If this happens you will need to raise a support ticket and provide us with the following information:
- Did you enter an incorrect password at the Additional Password Screen, before you reached the Administrator User Login Screen?
- Or did you enter an incorrect username and/or password at the Administrator User Login Screen?
- You will need to provide us with your Username and IP address. If you do not know what it is, go to google.co.uk and search for "what is my IP address". Your IP address will then be displayed.
- Request that we reset your password. This will mean that you will need to enter the new password on all devices that you have your old password saved on.
If you enter an incorrect password, there is absolutely no point trying past the 3 attempts, because even if you then enter a correct password, your account will still be blocked.
Make sure that you are not confusing the passwords for the Additional Password Screen and your own Administrator User Password.
